Each capsule of ASPOLVIT® Night Sleep contains a natural combination of melatonin, valerian, passion flower and California poppy.
- Dried plant extract of Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis L.) (150mg): promotes the onset and maintenance of sleep, and supports mental well-being in case of stress.
o Valerenic acid: 0.3%.
- Dry plant extract of Passionflower herb (Passiflora incarnata L.) (60mg): helps induce relaxation and peaceful rest.
o Vitexin: 3.5%.
- Californian Poppy leaf dry extract (Eschscholzia californica Cham.) (30mg): improves sleep quality and helps calmly cope with the stress of a busy lifestyle.
o Rutin (rutoside): 2%.
- Magnesium (magnesium bisglycinate) (14mg – 3.7% NRV*): it is necessary for the normal functioning of the nervous system.
- Zinc (zinc bisglycinate) (8mg – 80% NRV*): it is important for mental function and performance.
