- Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) (80mg – 100% NRV*): promotes the natural synthesis of collagen.
- Vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopherol) (12mg – 100% NRV*): thanks to its antioxidant action, it is able to reduce oxidative damage to articular cartilage, thus facilitating less degeneration.
- Hyaluronic acid (10mg): helps lubricate joints.
- Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) (1.4mg – 100% NRV*): contributes to proper muscle function and maintenance of energy. It also seems to have anti-inflammatory properties, which could help reduce joint pain.
- Folic acid (vitamin B9) (200µg – 100% NRV*): supports bone strengthening.

To ensure that the formula works for you and is easy to swallow, it also includes: water, berry aroma, citric acid (acidulant), potassium sorbate (preservative) and sucralose (sweetener).
